LiteCRM Terms of Service

Effective date: 25. July 2025.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LiteCRM (the "Service") provided by Srđan Marjanović Pr FooBar Dev ("we," "our," or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using LiteCRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

(b) You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from LiteCRM without our express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

(a) We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content on LiteCRM. You use the Service at your own risk.

(b) In no event shall Srđan Marjanović Pr FooBar Dev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of LiteCRM.

(c) We provide LiteCRM on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We may terminate or suspend your access to LiteCRM at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Serbia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.
